6. Material is expelled from the top

Possible reasons (1) too low power (2) too high feed rate

If this happens, press the pause button immediately to prevent the slag from splashing onto the focusing mirror.Then increase the power and decrease the feed rate.

 

7. The workpiece is not cut through

Possible causes: (1) wrong gas processing (N2) (2) too high feed rate (3) too low power

Solution (1) Press the pause button immediately to prevent the molten slag from splashing onto the focusing mirror

(2) Use oxygen as a processing gas

(3) Reduce the feed rate and increase the power

 

8. The cutting surface is not precise

Possible causes: (1) the pressure is too high; (2) the nozzle is damaged; (3) the nozzle diameter is too large; (4) the material is not good

Solutions (1) Reduce air pressure, (2) replace the nozzle, (3) install a suitable nozzle, (4) use a material with a smooth surface

 

9. No burrs, the traction line is inclined, and the notch becomes narrower at the bottom

Probably because the feed rate is too high

The solution is to reduce the feed rate

 

10. The cut surface is very rough

Possible causes: (1) too high focus, (2) too high pressure, (3) too low feed rate, (4) too hot material

Solutions: (1) Reduce focus, (2) reduce air pressure, (3) increase feed rate, (4) cool material
