1. Corner melting
When slowed down to cut corners of thin steel plates, the laser heats up and melts the corners.
A small radius is generated at the corner to maintain the high speed of laser cutting and to avoid overheating and melting of steel plate at the corner of cutting, so as to obtain good cutting quality, reduce cutting time and improve productivity.
2. Parts spacing
In general, cutting thick plate and hot plate, the space between parts to large, because the hot plate heat impact, in cutting corners and small graphics, easy to burn edge, affecting the quality of cutting.
3. Lead setting
In the process of cutting thick plate, in order to make the slot connection is good, prevent the beginning and the end burns, often at the start and end a cutting each lead a period of transition line, known as the lead and tail line respectively. Lead and line of the workpiece itself is useless, so want to arrange in the workpiece, at the same time, pay attention to not set the lead at the Angle of not easy heat dissipation.
The connection between the lead and the cutting seam should adopt arc transition as far as possible to make the machine move smoothly and avoid burns caused by the corner stop.
4. Common edge cutting
Two or more parts common edge into a combination, large quantities of regular graphics as far as possible common edge, common edge cutting can greatly shorten the cutting time, but also save raw materials.
5. Parts collision
In order to maximize production efficiency, many laser cutting equipment operates continuously for 24h, and USES automatic loading/unloading device with no human operation, which hits the tipping parts after cutting and causes cutting head damage and production interruption, bringing great losses.
This requires the sorting of the note:
(1) choose the appropriate cutting path, bypass the cut parts, reduce the collision.
(2) choose the best cutting route, reduce cutting time.
(3) automatically or manually will be a number of small parts with tiny connections together, after cutting, remove the parts, can easily break the tiny connection.
6. Residual material handling
After cutting the parts, the skeleton-like surplus material on the working table of the laser cutting equipment needs to be removed as soon as possible to facilitate subsequent cutting operations.
For the laser cutting equipment without automatic unloading device, the skeleton residual material can be cut into small pieces to facilitate rapid removal.
This avoids manipulation.
